This becomes the fifth location for Los Angeles, with stores in Downtown, Culver City, Eagle Rock, and Century City. The Las Vegas-based restaurant was started in 2018 by Silva Chamanian and her husband, Jacob Tchamanian. Now, the restaurant gets ready to move into a new location in Encino, between a Color Me Mine and Delmonico’s Steak and Lobster House. The new location is expected to open by the end of the year.

“My life partner Silva Chamanian and I started Bok Bok Chicken in 2018 but always possessed a passion for food alongside our Armenian culture,” Jacob Tchamanian told Shout Out LA earlier this year. “She has been a restaurant investor for many years at one of the most popular Armenian restaurants in Los Angeles, Carousel, in addition to owning and operating a string of awarded fast-casual brands including The Terrace Sidewalk Café in Downtown Pasadena.”

Bok Bok Mediterranean offers classic Mediterranean dishes such as chicken kebab sandwiches, shawarma plates, and tabouleh. On top of the delicious food, Bok Bok Mediterranean offers fundraising opportunities and school meal programs. Bok Bok Mediterranean also has three locations in Las Vegas at Green Valley, Town Square, and Santa Fe.
