“Orla draws inspiration from the bustling markets of the Mediterranean and the Middle East, showcasing the richness of regional flavors and traditional cooking techniques. Embark on a culinary journey, where every bite resonates with the zest of an authentic Mediterranean dining experience,” says the new restaurant’s website.

Chef Mina has been honored with numerous accolades throughout his career, including a Michelin star and recognition from the James Beard Foundation, Gayot, Bon Appétit and more. He has also been a guest chef at the James Beard House, a judge on Hell’s Kitchen and Master Chef, and has cooked for three U.S. presidents: Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama.

Orla will belong to The Mina Group’s family of brands. The hospitality group, which was founded by chef Mina in 2002, owns and operates over 30 full-service dining concepts around the world, including two Bourbon Steak locations in L.A. and O.C.
