Club Vintage’s national real estate advisor, Christine Nebiar of Brand Urban, represented the tenant in the transaction, while the landlord was self-represented by Runyon Group.

“We are absolutely thrilled to witness the expansion of Club Vintage into the Los Angeles market,” said Christine Nebiar, spokesperson for Brand Urban in a statement. “With the growing trend of sought-after circular fashion and the challenge of finding well-curated vintage collections in one place, the arrival of Anna’s concept is perfectly timed. Club Vintage stands out as a unique ‘department store,’ offering a thoughtfully curated selection of second-hand treasures, ranging from tastemaker’s closets to contemporary digital-only brands, and a variety of national and international vintage vendors. We are confident that Club Vintage’s offerings and in-store events will deeply resonate with the Los Angeles consumer, making it a most welcome destination and a valuable addition to the esteemed group of specialty brands and restaurants at Platform.”

“We’re beyond excited to start the next chapter of Club Vintage with Platform in Culver City,” said Anna Gray, founder of Club Vintage. “Platform is known for cultivating brands built on community and good taste, tenets our company knows well. The proximity to their other wonderful, like-minded tenants will be a boon for our vendors and customers alike, and we’re eager to meet our existing and new LA-based vintage enthusiasts. Working with Christine is such a wonderful exercise in creative business development, and we can’t wait to continue our collaborative relationship with more Club Vintage stores in the future.”

“We’re always on the lookout for singular, independent retailers and we’ve admired Club Vintage for years,” said Maggie Hund of Runyon Group. “Anna’s Club Vintage is at the forefront of how people want to shop now, mixing in resale and shopping the closets of fashion insiders. We share a passion for brick-and-mortar spaces where people can connect with a ‘find.’”

8840 Washington Blvd #104, also known as Platform, is a boutique retail destination on the West side of Los Angeles that brings a diverse collection of independent retail, restaurants, pop-ups, and creative businesses to the heart of the city. Club Vintage has opened here with 788 square feet of retail space, joining like-minded cotenants including Blue Bottle Coffee, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Sweetgreen, Reformation, Atrio, Wyeth, and many others. The new location features a selection of vintage clothing, furniture and home décor from a wide array of vendors, with an inventory hand-selected entirely by indie entrepreneurs and influencers, including the brand’s founder, Anna Gray.

Club Vintage’s Los Angeles outpost is the latest addition to the brand’s portfolio, with a current presence in New York’s Seaport District at 205 Front Street and a strong e-commerce business through the Club Vintage website, clubvintage.org. The new Club Vintage store at Platform allows customers on the West Coast to discover the best vintage finds and brands through an in-person shopping experience.
