Sushi Spot is opening on 2146 W Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, according to a liquor license filed with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
The restaurant is owned by Peter Park, and it’s expected they will offer classic Japanese fare.
A 2010 license granted by the State of Alaska Alcohol Beverage Control Board indicates that Park has previously owned a similar business named Peter’s Sushi Spot in Anchorage. Now permanently closed, their menu had dishes such as sushi rolls, sashimi, yakitori, hamachi kama, and more.
There have yet to be more details announced at this time, and Park when reached via phone by What Now Los Angeles declined to comment.
