This will be the company’s 48th location and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2022, according to a representative from the company. The company has locations throughout California plus a handful in Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Nevada, Missouri, Texas, and Florida. The franchisee of this location is unknown, but they hope to open the new restaurant in the first few months of the year. When they do, customers can expect to find all the energy-boosting acai bowls and coffee as the other five locations in Los Angeles County.

The company believes strongly in “unevolving,” or going back to the health basics for nutritious. Instead of relying on the fast food that is slowly consuming the world, they believe in simplifying their food with only natural superfoods that keep the body strong. For their acai bowls, customers start by choosing a size, then a superfood base, such as acai, pitaya, or matcha, then add as many toppings with fruits, nuts, and berries. Their superfuel coffee can be hot or cold and feature three craft superfood blends.

“Our bodies were made to eat nature,” according to their website. “As the production of processed, man-made, unhealthy food goes up, so with it goes the level of human ailment and disease. We think it’s a bummer that the life expectancy of modern humans is actually trending down. UNEVOLVE is simply pushing back against a lifestyle of fast, fried, and sedentary. We believe when you stay in movement and eat beautifully.”
