Shin’s Pizza — a new concept helmed by Shin Irvin and Rudy Moujaes of Folklor design firm — will open at 1215 ½ Cypress Ave Los Angeles, CA 90065, just next door to the also-incoming Barra Santos.

Launching in mid-spring on the heels of Barra Santos’ debut, the pizza-driven passion project will offer “inexpensive slices (created by chef López of Barra Santos) and seasonal sides and salads with pan-Asian flavors like roasted squash with togarashi oil or Chinese broccoli with gochujang,” explains Eater LA

The Korean-born and Philly-raised Irvin will also incorporate nods to his PA roots, implementing “arancini for snacking and a housemade lychee Italian ice.”
