Last Word Hospitality is working on a new restaurant concept called Hermon’s, according to a recent filing with the L.A. Planning Commission.
The proposed 3,000 square-foot project located at 5800 N Monterey Road is described as “an American brasserie serving elevated comfort food,” as well as beer and wine.
Founded in 2014 by Holly Fox and Adam Weisblatt, Last Word is a strategic hospitality group focused on empowering small business owners, chefs and restaurateurs to create charismatic neighborhood destinations and “tell their own stories through food, drink, design, and a persistent commitment to making people feel welcome.”
The group also owns and operates Barra Santos and Shins Pizza in Cypress Park, Found Oyster in East Hollywood, Same Same Thai in Silverlake, Nossa Caipirinha Bar in Los Feliz, Queen St. Raw Bar & Grill in Eagle Rock, The Copper Room in Yucca Valley, and Red Dog Saloon in Pioneertown.
An opening date for their latest concept has not yet been announced.
