Mad Lab Coffee has leased ground-floor retail space inside Sentral DTLA 755, a resort-style residential community located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The beloved local coffee roaster’s new 1,210-square-foot location is slated to open this spring. With additional shops throughout L.A. and Canoga Park, this will mark Mad Lab’s fifth storefront.
“Mad Lab complements the Sentral DTLA brand, sharing a commitment to crafting local experiences, going beyond just a coffee shop,” said Christine Nebiar with Brand Urban, strategic advisor and broker for Sentral’s retail portfolio, in a press release. “We anticipate that Mad Lab will be a real community anchor for the residents and local neighborhood.”
Since being founded in 2015 by husband-and-wife Andrew and Sarah Sinclair, Mad Lab has become one of the most recognizable roasters in L.A., known for their quality, seasonal, and sustainably sourced products.
Sentral DTLA 755 features luxurious resort-style amenities, including a rooftop oasis boasting spectacular views of downtown, a state-of-the-art gym, an outdoor pool deck, and much more.
