An employee of The Elinor further confirmed the information, adding that the incoming Handel’s would not be open for “a few months.” Details regarding other anticipated restaurants at The Elinor — a pizza place and a seafood eatery — are forthcoming.

Handel’s offers a multitude of sweet creations, including cones (cake, sugar, waffle, or dipped), dishes, pints, quarts, sundaes, hurricanes, shakes, and pops, all assembled with the smooth, always handmade ice cream of your choosing.

Available syrups & toppings consist of caramel, marshmallow, strawberry, peanut butter, and hot fudge, as well as Butterfinger, Snickers, M&M’s, Oreo, and so many more.

Handel’s currently has locations in 11 states, and is actively looking to franchise in places like Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; and Philadelphia, PA.

What Now Los Angeles reached out to CEO Rich Matherne for comment but did not immediately hear back.
