Holy Cow BBQ has opened its fourth location, grazing from its original spot in Santa Monica to Culver City and West L.A. to its newest home in El Segundo.

Owner Rob Serritella opened the original Holy Cow in 2014 and it has since garnered many loyal BBQ fans who keep coming back for more.

And for good reason.

Angelenos can’t get enough of its slow-cooked goodness. Between the Santa Maria tri-tip and the classic baby back ribs, there’s just no wrong choice on this tasty menu. Although Zagat, which named Holy Cow “one of L.A.’s eight best BBQ joints,” insists on six things you must eat: baby back ribs, pulled-pork sandwich, tri-tip, kettle beans, mac & cheese, and banana pudding in a jar.

If that’s not enough to whet your appetite, Holy Cow’s smokin’ deals will: on Wing Wednesday, wings are just $0.99–until they run out, of course!

If you missed Holy Cow’s soft opening in El Segundo last month, don’t fret. Not only are they open for dine in, take out, delivery, and curbside pick-up (from 12 pm daily until they’re out), they are also inviting the neighborhood to come out for a taste of their award-winning BBQ at their “Meat Up” on Saturday, May 22nd from 2-5 pm.

El Segundo’s Holy Cow BBQ also houses a Roosters Chicken House (also owned by Serritella) and The Little Pie.

So suit and meat up! Herd over to 11918 Aviation Boulevard to meet the team and savor their BBQ, hand rubbed and smoked to perfection.
