In partnership with Lightstone, Level 8 will occupy the entire eighth floor of new hotels Moxy & AC Hotels in Downtown Los Angeles (1260 S Figueroa Street).

While a majority of the incoming concepts will be overseen by Richard Archuleta of Openaire, nightclub Sinners y Santos will remain under the helm of brothers Mark and Jonnie Houston.

Mark and Jonnie are also responsible for a handful of transcendent LA favorites including Good Times at Davey Wayne’s and Harvard & Stone.

A closer look at Level 8’s layout can be found here, showing everything from Golden Hour’s incoming carousel bar to what looks like a boxing ring in the middle of Sinners y Santos, positioned above the main bar by pillars.

Per a press release for the forthcoming LA experience, “Level 8 is inspired by decades of the twin brothers’ travels, offering a culmination of their experiences wrapped into one sprawling destination and told through the eyes of the venue’s fictional founder, Mr. Wanderlust. From Buenos Aires to Tokyo, guests will find themselves on a journey through an adult playground of eight distinct concepts encompassing elevated restaurants, casual dining venues, cocktail bars, a pool deck, and a nightclub.”
