CAVA’s health-focused menu serves build-your-own bowls and pitas with a base of either grains or greens; toppings like falafel, harissa honey chicken and spicy lamb meatballs; a variety of veggies; and Mediterranean dips and spreads like tzatziki, humus, harissa and roasted eggplant.

CAVA was founded by Ike Grigoropoulos, Chef Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ted Xenohristos, who have known each other since they were six years old. The corporate owned chain has over 250 locations throughout the U.S and the Long Beach outpost will join CAVA’s other Los Angeles area restaurants in the works coming to Eagle Rock and Century City, which What Now Los Angeles reported on earlier this year.
