CEO Dar Vasseghi said the project was currently underway but directed What Now Los Angeles to public relations personnel who did not respond by the time of publication.

Started by owners Elisabeth Prueitt and Chad Robertson, Tartine Bakery serves baked goods of all shapes and sizes.

Their mission: bring bread with an old-soul into the lives of California families.

Using a wood fired brick oven, Robertson bakes bread and Prueitt creates rustic, elegant pastries using techniques they learned abroad.

Shipping across the nation and with locations in Santa Monica, Sycamore and Silver Lake, along with other spots in Seoul, the new location, will further help grow the global brand.

Tartine Bakery closed The Market and Alameda Supper Club in late 2019 less than a year after opening, according to Eater LA, while Silver Lake and Santa Monica opened in 2020.

Going into what appears to be The Catania, Tartine Bakery will be a short walk from Old Town Pasadena and will give the 33 luxury apartment residents something delicious to snack on and smell in the morning.

With fresh bread, morning pastries, cookies, cake and more, Tartine Bakery has something for everyone with a sweet tooth.
