Nick the Greek will join Pietris Bakery at 5000 2nd Street in Long Beach’s Belmont Shore neighborhood.

Pietris Bakery is a modern outpost offering baked bread & pastries alongside Greek fare, sweets, coffee, wine & beer. According to the company’s Instagram, Pietris will return in the next few months with all of its existing employees and staff as well as an expanded menu compliments of Nick the Greek.

Nick the Greek is a family-owned and operated chain that’s fast-growing and health-focused, offering “flavorful rotisserie meats, charbroiled skewers, zesty sauces, and the freshest of vegetables.”
