“We are thrilled to be opening the expansion on TENTEN Wilshire,” Rahim Amidi, CEO and developer of TENTEN Wilshire and The Amidi Group, said in a statement. “Our hope is that this location becomes the community hub for Downtown Los Angeles and the greater Silicon Beach community.”

Located across the street from TENTEN Wilshire’s original site at 1010 Wilshire, the new building includes 367 new luxury live-and-work spaces, a restaurant, a bar, a coffee shop, a spa, a convenience store and a business services space. It’s topped — literally — with 88,000 square feet of greenery, making it the largest rooftop green space in the United States. Situated amongst its more than 350 trees are a walking path, a dog park, an indoor gym and outdoor fitness stations, a bar, grill stations, game areas and a pool area with private cabanas and fire pits. Part of the roof will be reserved for residents, while other areas will be open to the community by reservation.

The Amidi Group’s incubator, Plug and Play, will be located in the new building as well, with 100 units for office spaces. The incubator is currently accepting applications for its Corporate Innovation Program, through which it will award 10 startups free office space for six months.
