The Cookie Plug is known for its cookies that are larger than your typical bakery options. With 12 locations currently open, the growing franchise is preparing to open a new location in Duarte, at 1086 E. Huntington Dr on January 9th — while also signing a lease at 11236-11270 Whittier Blvd — opening on January 16, according to The Cookie Plug’s website

The space was previously occupied by Fernando’s Beauty Salon, a 1,345 square-foot space in a submarket anchored by Starbucks. The 18,985 square-foot shopping center was recently renovated. The Cookie Plug is also available for delivery and you can even order cookies for shipping anywhere in the country, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. You can order flavors like Snooperdoodle, Firecracker, Cookie Cookie Cream, Purple Haze, and Black Magic. The Cookie Plug offers catering for various events as well. 

The Cookie Plug has daily deals: Munchie Monday; Tuesday Two Play; Movin’ Weight Wednesday; Turn Up Thursday; Fat Sack Friday and Smash Out Saturday.
