The Hawaiian restaurant currently has locations in California, Utah, Hawaii, and Texas. The restaurant, founded by Raymond and Fen Reyes, is getting ready to open new locations in Beverly Hills, Glendale, Koreatown, South Bay, and Torrance, likely by the end of the year. Other areas in development through franchise agreements include Houston (five), Las Vegas (five), Salt Lake City (four), San Francisco (three), San Jose, and Walnut Creek.

This will be Uncle Sharkii’s Southern California debut, with three locations in Northern California. The poke restaurant currently has locations in Salt Lake City, Honolulu, Houston, and Sandy, UT. The company hopes to expand globally with the help of its straightforward franchise program. All of these locations offer a customizable Tex-Mex version of poke, which originated from Hawaii as a snack for fishermen.

Uncle Sharkii’s, like many poke restaurants, offers a variety of toppings, such as jalapenos, avocado, shrimp, tuna, salmon, and tofu. On top of the delicious poke bowls, the restaurant also features eight different boba teas and four flavors of Dole soft serve, including mango, strawberry, pineapple, and watermelon. Everything used in the poke bowls, boba milk teas, and soft serve is made with the freshest ingredients. By the end of the year, the company will have at least five locations in Southern California.
