The franchise has nearly two dozen locations with a handful more on the way.

As for the brand’s F&B model, Tapville offers a one-of-a-kind experience that aims to put the customer in control of the “journey,” allowing patrons to self-serve their beverages while shopping at select retail locations or post-up for a more traditional dining experience at the company’s sit-down spots.

In addition to beer, wine, and thoughtful pairings, Tapville serves deliciously prepared classic American dishes like burgers, cheese curds, and pickle chips.

An interview with the El Segundo franchisee, Jermaine Lee, is forthcoming.
