According to a recently posted ABC license for the location, the incoming LBC Beach Hut Deli will be owned by David Derose and Brett Ales of B&D Ohana Group, LLC.
180 E. Ocean boasts “spectacular” unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and Downtown Long Beach, indoor and outdoor communal workspaces and creative environments, and ample metropolitan parking with a ratio of 5:1,000.
Situated on the Long Beach Convention Center bridge, the forthcoming Beach Hut Deli will likely experience heavy foot traffic in addition to business from the tower’s many occupants and members. The fast-casual eatery will reside near Ruth’s Chris Steak House and RISÜ — a dim-lit lounge boasting globally-inspired fare, craft cocktails, and good vibes.
Beach Hut Deli has a multitude of California locations in cities like Huntington Beach and Sacramento, as well as two Orgeon outposts and one Nevada store.
The menu offers cold and hot sandwiches like the Santa Cruz (pastrami, avocado, bacon, and cream cheese) and the Pig Kahuna (pulled pork, cheddar, Tabasco®, Bulls-Eye® BBQ sauce, and fresh pineapple on a toasted roll), salads, and Beach Munchies including garlic bread, nachos, and hot dogs.
