California Fish Grill, a fast-casual destination for sustainable seafood, announced the grand opening of its 55th restaurant. The new restaurant is located at 4707 Firestone Blvd. in South Gate at the Azalea Regional Shopping Center. The new California Fish Grill opens to the public on December 4th, spans 2,800 square feet and accommodates up to 125 guests.

The grand opening festivities and charitable initiatives reflect our commitment not only to enjoyable guest experiences but also to making a positive impact on the community we serve,” said Bob Holden, CEO, California Fish Grill in a statement.

To kick off the grand opening festivities, California Fish Grill is hosting a week-long celebration from December 4th to December 11th. On grand opening day, California Fish Grill will present No Kid Hungry with a donation of $500. During this inaugural week, the restaurant will donate $2 to No Kid Hungry for every kid’s meal sold, contributing to the fight against childhood hunger. Each dollar donated to No Kid Hungry can provide 10 meals to families in need.

At California Fish Grill, guests will find a wide selection of sustainably sourced wild-caught and responsibly farm raised seafood options including Ahi tuna, Branzino (sea bass), Mahi Mahi, salmon, swai and shrimp.

The heart of the California Fish Grill menu is a build-your-own grill plate. Guests can combine grilled seafood with sides for dozens of combinations of meals that are less than 600 calories. Other items include prepared to order Battered Fish & Chips and Dynamite Shrimp.

California Fish Grill’s crafted menu items include:

Grilled Specialties –  a variety of seafood options, grilled and seasoned and served with sides.

Tacos – choices of Cajun, grilled and battered fish or shrimp.

Bowls and Salads – Healthier choices including Salmon, Shrimp and Ahi Poke.

Classics – a selection of battered and golden fried options including fish and chips, catfish and shrimp.

Sandwiches – crispy or grilled fish options served on a grilled bun with a combination of fresh greens, veggies and sauces. .

Plant-based – battered shrimp or fish.

Sides – from fries to veggies including street corn, avocado corn salsa, balsamic glazed Brussels sprouts, rosemary zucchini, cauliflower rice, grilled asparagus, and ceviche and shrimp appetizers.

Sauces – Top any Grilled Specialty protein with a signature sauce including creamy Garlic Butter or Cajun Style with a slight kick.
