While details about the eatery are scarce so far, the couple pictures Chick Me Up has posted on its Instagram suggest that its menu will revolve around hot chicken, in keeping with L.A.’s hot chicken obsession. If so, it would be the first such restaurant for Burbank proper — though hardly its only fried chicken restaurant, as Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken is right down the street.

What Now Los Angeles has reached out to the restaurant for comment and will update this story with more information.
