The new 2,700-square-foot restaurant will sit on the opposite side of a yet-to-be-determined drive-thru restaurant in the newly developed multi-purpose retail and office development. The new property next to America’s Tire also features a new Crumbl Cookies location, and an available 1,457 square-foot space between the two announced tenants. All restaurants feature their own patio at the front. The company’s eighth Crab N Spice location will be the most central in Los Angeles County, with the next closest being in Valencia, Palmdale, and Ventura.

The restaurant that takes pride in its signature CNS sauce can also be found in Sacramento, Bakersfield, Las Vegas (Lake Mead and Spring Mountain), and Phoenix. Owners Marlon Arsenal and Jerrico Reyes will continue to expand through its franchise program, which is responsible for launching at least four of the company’s current locations. Reyes says he is confident that the company’s franchise expansion will see even more traction for the brand.

“Our team has worked hard to create a space that is unique for our patrons while drawing them back in with flavors that can’t be found anywhere else,” Reyes said in a press release. “Our goal through our franchise expansion is to have many, small, affordable, locations everywhere in the U.S.”

When the new Carson location opens, customers can expect a plethora of seafood and side options, the former available by the pound. The restaurant also offers plates, combos, and baskets with shrimp, king crab legs, mussels, clams, crawfish, lobster tails, and more. All entrees are complemented with sides that include corn, sausage, Cajun fries, garlic noodles, Cajun pasta, crab fries, and several other customer favorites.
