Designed by LA-based firm Tighe Architecture, the proposed development would take shape at 10714 Charnock Road and be led by developer Adam Shoeibi, according to a presentation of the project plans to the Palms Neighborhood Council earlier this month. The roughly 6,300-square-foot project site currently holds a three-unit residential property.

Plans call for the newly proposed community to consist of a mix of one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms. Referred to as Charnock Apartments in planning documents, it would contain seven one-bedrooms ranging in size from 425 to 557 square feet, three two-bedrooms of about 800 square feet each, and three three-bedrooms of about 930 square feet each, plans show. Three of the apartments would be reserved for very low-income households.

The project would also provide 11 automobile parking spaces in an underground parking garage, as well as space for 16 bicycles.

Planned amenities include a 1,166-square-foot roof deck, according to drawings presented this month.
