Owner Diego Torres-Palma is collaborating with Chef David Kuo to bring the “colorful, fun and vibrant” restaurant to life, which will serve Latin staples like tacos at around $2-$4. Kuo, who is heavily influenced by his mother and grandmother’s home-style Taiwanese cooking, also helms Little Fatty and Accomplice Bar.

According to the project’s determination letter, the theme of Juntos takes after its namesake, which means “together” in Spanish, and will provide the area’s Latin community with products from the market. Juntos will also have an outdoor grill and seating area, as well as a coffee bar.

Indoor seating hours will be 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, and outdoor areas will be 6 a.m. to midnight daily.
