The Orange County Register reports that Pour Vida will be added to the two-building office complex at 5000 Birch in Newport Beach.

With a location in Anaheim, at 185 W. Center St. Promenade, Pour Vida Latin Flavor is a quick-paced chef-driven restaurant featuring Chef Jimmy Martinez’s handcrafted tacos and juice.

With tortillas cooked to order, rotating craft beer taps and vegan options for customers Pour Vida will be added to the Koll Center Newport, located in the heart of the Newport Beach business district.

The restaurant signed on for a nearly 3,000 square foot space on the first floor of the center, according to leasing data obtained by What Now Los Angeles.

Martinez could not be reached for comment in time of publication.
