The application lists Jim and Shelly Chiu as the business’ main representatives.

1010’s location used to be the site of Piccolo Ristoranti, a trendy, upscale restaurant helmed by chef Antonio Muré and Tony Black focused on a variety of handmade pastas. Piccolo’s Venice and Santa Monica outposts are still open. Prior to Piccolo’s, the space used to house Crossings.

Further details about the new concept are unknown at this time. The Chius could not be immediately reached for comment.
