Kreation Organic, Heyday, and an in-negotiations eatery set to take the last available space, at 3501 W. Sunset Blvd., will all debut in the center in 2020.
Urbanlime’s CEO and Founder Lorena Tomb Reed represented the landlord in securing the leases.
“Several retailers wanted the center’s last space but our focus was on bringing in a food and beverage use,” Reed in a telephone interview Monday told What Now Los Angeles.
“There are four offers out right now for various restaurant concepts in the 1,421-square-foot unit.”
Reed said she could not disclose the ongoing negotiations but that the space will go to a “known” restaurant group.
3501 W. Sunset Blvd. recently underwent improvements including a brand new façade, upgraded power, new bathrooms, and new HVAC units.
Kreation Organic, which has a location under construction in DTLA’s Third & Traction, last week was issued its permit to begin construction in its planned 3501 W. Sunset BLVD space.
Heyday, a New York-based facial provider and skincare retailer, was issued permits to buildout its forthcoming Silver Lake location earlier this year.
