Helmed by Saison Hospitality’s Culinary Director Chef Paul Chung, Angler is a sea-life-focused restaurant that works with a small group of fishermen, hunters, gatherers, ranchers, and farmers to find the highest quality products in local existence.

Since closing for renovations this past May, the team has been busy building upon Angler’s ethos of live-fire cooking and pristine seafood to reimagine the menu, celebrate the rich cultural influences of Los Angeles, and reopen with even more gusto than before.

The space is also receiving a makeover with intentions to emphasize the bar and lounge, create a social dining experience, and expand the spectrum of ways customers can experience Angler.
