The incoming branch will take over the former Breadblok space at the Sunset Triangle intersection near Pine & Crane in Silver Lake.
This will be the team’s second store, with its maiden operation hailing from West Hollywood, right off N. Doheny Drive.
Bravo Toast first hopped on the scene as a pop-up at spots like Croft Alley before quickly solidifying itself as a main player in the ever-burgeoning LA toast game (and eventually landing a brick-and-mortar).
And while the general yet quiet consensus seems to be, “How good can toast really be?” Della Femina and Katz have managed to answer the question with a simple yet sophisticated menu that says, “Pretty damn good.”
Bravo offers guests a quick list of toasts ranging from tuna & avocado to pancetta & egg; salads and plates that err on the side of romance (think: fresh mint and Korean pears — no iceberg lettuce allowed); desserts like berries & cream; and coffee & refreshments.
