Chef Avner Levi alongside Cento Group partners announced that they will be opening its second location, Cento Raw Bar, this summer, according to a statement provided by the restaurant’s PR firm.

“The concept will further expand on Chef’s Mediterranean offerings through a Los Angeles culinary lens,” the statement said.
The raw bar will open in an adjacent space to the group’s successful Cento Pasta Bar, which earned a nod in Michelin’s California guide last year.
At Cento Raw Bar, guests can expect Mediterranean crudos, shell-fish and raw bar towers. The design-driven space will include ample bar, lounge and outdoor seating, as well as standing room only tables for guests stopping by for a quick bite.
