Chuy’s is a regional chain serving Mexican staples, grilled seafood, and tropical cocktails amid beachy decor. With only three remaining locations (two in Bakersfield and one in Simi Valley), it’s currently unclear why the eatery shuttered its doors.

The large space includes an outdoor patio, direct entrance from the street, and sits situated within a strip mall that houses an Outback Steakhouse and Kinza Sushi. Multiple units appear available for lease.

Following the 7/14 Instagram post, followers of the page took to the comments to express their dismay at another Starbucks location coming to Santa Clarita. One commenter even jokingly lamented that “Santa Clarita is going for the world record of the most Starbucks [outposts] in [one] town).”
