This becomes owner Jovan Padilla‘s second location, with the original in Boyle Heights at 2328 East Cesar E Chavez Ave. It’s uncertain when he expects to open the new locations, but customers can expect this store to open in early 2022. Padilla, Vice President of Coldwell Banker Alliance Realty, opened the first location in early 2018.
