LAVO at The Palazzo has delighted and dazzled locals and tourists on the Las Vegas Strip with its delicious Italian fare, vibrant handcrafted cocktails, and stunning design. Soon Angelenos will get to treat themselves to a memorable dining experience, whether it be a romantic date night for two or a gathering with friends or colleagues.
LAVO offers a delectable menu of seafood and steak entrées, pastas, brick oven pizzas, and salads. House specialities feature the Chicken Parmigiano (Thinly pounded chicken, marinara, mozzarella); Brick Oven Salmon Oreganato (seasoned breadcrumbs, lemon, white wine, garlic butter); and Roasted Chilean Sea Bass (fresh heirloom tomato, butter, crispy portabello). We suggest pairing LAVO’s exquisite Italian dishes with one of their delicious speciality cocktails like the Sorrento Sunset (Grey Goose essences, strawberry & lemongrass St. Germain elderflower, pomegranate cold pressed lime, essential mint oil) or the Bubbles & Berries (Pommery Champagne, Absolut Elyx Vodka, St. Germain elderflower, strawberries).
LAVO at The Palazzo is also known for its superb brunch menu and programming events such as Soirée Sundays, which feature performances by singers, dancers, and acrobats.
LAVO in West Hollywood will settle into a prime location at 9201 Sunset Boulevard, near other luxurious dining destinations like SOHO West Hollywood and BOA Steakhouse. An official opening debut has not yet been revealed, but we will keep you updated on when to make that reservation for LAVO in West Hollywood.
