Helmed by Raj Lehl who also runs the Brea and Lake Forest locations, the incoming Norwalk MMP will land in a lot that also houses a Chipotle, Panera Bread, and Esporta Fitness.

According to Co-Ceo Chris Britt, this opening comes just ahead of two additional LA County locations that are currently in development. “And a third trade area is being looked at by a franchise partner,” he adds.

Second-generation entrepreneur Raj Lehl also recently swooped a Juice It Up franchise in Corona and is currently working on a Central California franchisee agreement with the smoothie brand. That location, once secured, will be operated by Lehl’s brother-in-law who, says Britt, is “very experienced in running businesses.”
