Kang tells What Now Los Angeles there is currently no opening date as he and the brand are in the “very early stages [of development].”

Mountain Mike’s was founded in 1978 in Palo Alto, CA as a singular restaurant with a casual and wholesome atmosphere. Today, the eatery has more than 250 restaurants across California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.

Offering “the freshest and finest ingredients;” legendary crispy, curly pepperoni; friendly service; and local community support, Mountain Mike’s has managed to establish itself as both a purveyor of dependable pies and a leading family-friendly franchise.

In addition to pie, the menu consists of salads, sandwiches, wings, desserts (cinnamon pizza!), sides, and beverages. A detailed list of MM’s grub can be found here.
