In an exchange with What Now Los Angeles, Franchisee Michael Bermingham, who pivoted from a career in technology to follow his dream of owning a food business, shared, “There are three things that really landed me on Le Macaron: First, I tried the product, and the quality and taste are amazing. Second, the macarons and pastries are differentiated in that they are made with true French recipes and techniques and use all-natural ingredients. And, third, I really like the franchisor — they are still a family business and provide fantastic support and expertise.”

Le Macaron offers guests a taste of Paris, including vibrant, colorful décor, traditional music, and a menu featuring freshly prepared macarons, pastries, gelato, coffee, gourmet chocolates, cakes, éclairs, European-style beverages, and more.

Available in more than 20 delicious flavors, macarons are also available in seasonal flavors to commemorate holidays and special occasions, and the company has a thriving catering and corporate gifting business year-round.
