Pandel, who is responsible for Bucktown’s now-closed The Bristol, has been with BOKA for over a decade, bringing to life concepts like Balena, Swift & Sons, and Cold Storage, per Eater LA. “[BOKA]also owns and operates Cabra on the rooftop at the Hoxton in Downtown and Girl & The Goat in the Arts District with chef Stephanie Izard.”

Moonlark’s, a breakfast through late-night eatery, will be Pandel’s first restaurant endeavor outside of Chicago and will serve “plenty of egg preparations, sandwiches, salads, house-made pastries, shareable mains, and memorable desserts.”
