The new pizzeria is expected to move into the former home of antique store Inventori sometime in Spring 2022, according to Eater LA. This will be the company’s third restaurant, following locations in Brentwood and West Hollywood. The new Pizzana proves the San Fernando Valley is on a path of becoming one of Los Angeles’ most anticipated neighborhoods for dining out. Other highly-rated restaurants coming to the area include Homestate and Jon & Vinny’s.

When the new Pizzana opens, guests can expect similar structures in design, menu, and hours. On top of the slow-ferment pizzas, which they call neo-Neapolitan style, the new location will offer several salads, antipasti, and desserts. Expect this new location to quickly become a popular spot for residents and visitors, as other nearby eateries include Sushi Note, Petit Trois Le Valley, and Taisho.

Uditi has plenty of experience as a legendary master pizzaiolo. The Los Angeles native partnered with Candace and Charles Nelson and partners Chris and Caroline O’Donnell to open the pizzeria in Brentwood before expanding to West Hollywood in 2019. The esteemed chef also recently released a cookbook so anyone can learn how to make a sourdough starter from scratch and bake the fluffiest focaccia, crackling sourdough bread and succulent pizzas. Uditi will also be a judge in Hulu’s upcoming cooking competition series Best In Dough.
