Co-Owner Zach Jarrett this week submitted a Conditional Use Beverage (CUB) permit application seeking the necessary approvals to serve alcohol from the 1,397-square-foot space, at 980 N Broadway, in the Mandarin Plaza.

When reached on the telehpnone Wednesday by What Now Los Angeles, Jarrett said it was early in the process and that the concept is still under development, especially since the CUB was only just recently filed and not yet approved.

Aside from a targeted October 2020 debut, Jarrett wants to wait on sharing project specifics until getting the necessary City approvals to move forward.

In addition to the interior bar area which would have seating for 59, would be a 109-square-foot patio with 12 seats, according to the application, and live entertainment and dancing would likely be incorporated.
